Method 1: Manual (Recommended)

  1. Upload with Variant A
  2. After 48–72 hrs → check CTR
  3. Replace thumbnail with Variant B
  4. Compare CTR after next 48 hrs

Method 2: YouTube “Test & Compare” (If available)

  • Upload both variants
  • Let YouTube auto-test

📈 SUCCESS METRIC

✔ CTR improves by +0.5% or more → keep Variant ✔ CTR drops → revert immediately
